In the picture, Kraftdragarna is transporting an unusually large cylinder. It comes from Valmet and is a drying cylinder known as a Yankee.
The challenge with this is not its weight of 242 kg; it’s the high center of gravity. Having the center of gravity positioned high makes the transport particularly heavy on the sides. It’s crucial during transport to constantly level the trailer. In other words, keeping it completely horizontal to ensure that the cargo does not tip over.

Tank transport
Tank transports are often spectacular due to their size. The challenge is not the weight since the tanks are usually transported empty.
Factors that need to be right when transporting such large units include loading and collaboration. Often, the tank is larger than the trailer, so it’s important to position the tank with the right balance. The moment in the picture represents a flawless collaboration between two trailers that need to move simultaneously to successfully execute the transport.

Motors are yet another routine transport for Kraftdragarna. The advantage of this is that we have optimized the transport of motors and similar items to provide the customer with a better price.
Usually, motor transports do not require much space. This allows us to transport several at the same time, which is another factor that can lower the price of a transport.
